The Consultation
Meet me at the studio for a quick tour, and we can talk about all the things you would like to do including any themes, colors, props, and locations. I will also like to see what clothing you plan to wear so I can pick out the perfect locations!
Pay your Session Fee
Pay your session fee, and your session is on the calendar. Session fees are non-refundable, but they can be used for future sessions. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as you know you cannot make your session. Anytime there is a heat advisory or weather warning, we will reschedule.
Pick the right time of season.
If you’d like green grass or fall colors, let’s pick the right month. I also really like to avoid shooting in August. It’s just too hot, and make up melts and hair fizzles. Be sure to check for ACT testing dates and school events before we confirm your session date because it could be hard to get back on the calendar during the busy fall months.
Your Session Day
We will plan the details of your day, where to meet, and plan the location(s) we plan to visit. Most likely we will meet at the studio or end at the studio especially if you'd like to do an outfit there.
Your Ordering Session
After your photo shoot, we will book your ordering session for 1-2 weeks later. You will get one ordering session per photo shoot, and we will view the best images from your session. I will help you narrow down your choices so that you can decide which ones you'd like to buy as prints, wall art, or add to your album.
I am a full service studio and not a shoot and burn photography studio - shoot the photos and burn the CD/thumb drive. Most people choose to buy an album and spend anywhere from $600-$2400 on average. You will leave with products to enjoy your images and not have to worry about where and how to print them.
Payment
You can pay by cash or check, and I do have a payment plan that is done online, but all work on images and print orders will be on hold until the order is paid in full.
Add on another session? I'd love to!
